Xerox 42: Bandle City's Sheriff
The Darkness in Bandle City provided cover for the young yordle as she broke the small vase standing next to the locked glass door to Cecil's hidden laboratory, and retrieved the key he had told her would be there. She hoped no one heard the noise though, she didn't want to attract anyone's attention. A disturbing growl came from behind her. She turned around slowly and gasped. "Riggles, I told you to stay at home." The baby dragon opened his mouth to yawn. And blew fire right in her face, but missing her by an inch. She giggled. "Fine, you can come, but you have to be quiet and stay right beside me." Riggles ran to her jumped into the air, and ran his wet slobbery tongue across her face. "Yuck" She giggled. Now, back to what she was doing... No one heard her break the glass and due to the darkness, she was sure no one has seen or followed her, other than Riggles, and he'd followed her from home. So she entered the hidden lab. And came face to face with herself?
There before her was a perfect walking, living, breathing copy of Tristana herself. And she didn't look happy at being disturbed, it was a look that Tristana had never seen on her own face, when looking into a mirror, and was surprised to see it and quite unnerved at seeing it displayed. Ultimately, she didn't like the look. "Who dares break into my home?" Timidly, meekly, and most assuredly, nervously, Tristana approached the look alike Tristana. "Sheriff Xerox?" The look alike Tristana's nasty look disappeared and she nodded her head. "Cecil send's word from Piltover, you are urgently needed. The voidlings are destroying everything. Almost all hope is lost, if you don't come soon, our efforts at keeping them back will be in vain." The look alike Tristana groaned in dismay and then screamed so loud, in what could only be described as pain. As the scream continued, a blue flame appeared above the look alikes head, like hair, and then completely engulfed her. As the blue flame dissipated the look alike Tristana was gone, replaced with what appeared to be a mechanical blue dog. The dog barked a couple times, trying to talk to Tristana. The barks continued until finally the barks disappeared replaced with a clear voice. "Take me to Cecil." The dog said. "Yes, sir. Follow me, Sheriff." Tristana turned, and giggled at her friend. "You too, Riggles." Riggles ignored her and took off ahead, staying just within Tristana's line of sight, as Tristana and Xerox made their way to Piltover.

Q: Life Blood: Passively increases the Maximum Cooldown reduction allowed on XEROX 42 by 10%/20%/30%/40%/50% (current maximum cooldown reduction allowed is 40% and with masteries its 45% so XEROX could gain a maximum of 95% cooldown reduction--- quite the prodigy.) Activated Aura: Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 sec XEROX 42 grants nearby allies 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% lifesteal and spellvamp for (lvl 1 and 2) 5sec/ (level 3 and 4) 6sec/ (level 5) 7sec. aura lasts until XEROX 42 changes the aura.

E: Hair Binding: Xerox 42 can bind himself to an ally, so that he "follows" the ally, unable to move further than his base level 1 range of 125. Xerox 42 can click the ability again to cancel this effect. Cost: 35 at all levels Cooldown: 5 sec at all levels.

R: Identity Theft: Cost: 100 at all levels Cooldown: 2 min cooldown at the end of the ability (which is a 60sec duration at lvl 1) 1.5 min cooldown at the end of the ability (which is a 90sec duration at lvl 2) 1 min cooldown at the end of the ability (which is a 120sec duration at lvl 3)
Once every 3 minutes, XEROX 42 has the ability to steal the dna of any champion on the map, becoming a copy of that champion, stealing their base stats (changes respectively with his level) and gaining their abilities and passive and losing his own. (NOTE: XEROX keeps his own item build, runes and masteries.) XEROX 42 can NOT deactivate this ability early. Once the duration on this ability ends, XEROX 42 returns to his normal state and abilities.
