GP skin Pigeon Master Gankplank

I think there should be a new gp skin called " pigeon master gankplank " . His e should be bird cages and when he explodes them birds feathers or birds should pop out and fly away. His ult should be pigeons throwing their lil poop all over ppl and maybe some pigeon noises. His oranges can be some kind of pigeon food. Pigeon Master Gankplank's recall should be him feeding pigeons. Maybe give him a lil pirate hat with feathers to show how good he is with pigeons.
