In idea I had. I'd be interested to see what kind of meta this map would have.

Interesting.
I think ultimately it would basically end up as just ARAM though -- those long gaps mean you don't have a top and bottom lane, and minions can't really push those lanes, so they'll be mostly ignored. ARAM with 1-2 junglers per team seems like the most likely outcome, I think.
