Closed Capitioning for deaf people?

I have a suggestion to you developers. My suggestion is to insert a closed capitioning setting for League Voice client, which texting what your premades saying in ingame chat. I think this will inspire more deaf people to play League of Legends and still get new friends ^^

I am deaf myself and I feeling me a bit alone because I don't get a duo partner or anything else because mostly people need to communicate with me for playing duos, so it have been so extremely nice if you could insert it! ^^
