Balance Kog'Maw Mini Rework

Hey Riot, why no switch Kog'Maws passive with W, the new passive will have stacks like rageblade that deals the same damage as before but with stacks, at 4 stacks he icreases range max and at 8 he doubles the attackspeed, if the attackspeed caps at 2.50 then the damage will be halfed but the cap will increase to 5.00, and make his new W like a cocoon,passiveW:"the old explosion passive" activeW: he becomes invurnable [like zhonyas] for 1 sec and launches himself on the targed location and increases movementspeed but halfes the defesives armor/mr for 3 seconds. Im not asking you for this idea, just keep in mind because ill bet you guys gonna nerf kog soon, maybe you use this to balance him it so kog's bread and butter spell does not exist so he can FINALLY put points in his Q.
