Factions Friday: Fight for Noxus or Zaun

Factions is a community game mode based around matches between various Valoranian factions, in this case Noxus and Zaun, using faction-specific Champion lists. These matches are organized as custom games. In order to make it easier to find a match, we're going to start having pick-up match events oriented toward new Summoners, starting tonight at 5 Pacific.
