New Champion: Sin, The Homunculus (Manaless Support)
Sin is a representation of mankind's hubris. A failed human creation who's own existence is in constant flux. His appearance is constantly changing under the effects of his own abilities, as everything he does comes with either a choice, or a painful cost. Even his greatest ability requires that he take his own life. Below you will see a summary of each of his abilities, and in [brackets] a description of how each ability affects Sin's appearance. [Sin begins each game as a standing shadow. Shaped much like a human, but with few defining features. His arms grow long and sharp like a sword with his attacks, giving him a large melee range of 300 units]
Sloth (Passive): Loses 5% base movement speed for every 30 seconds spent outside of combat, down to a possible 60%. Regains 5% movement speed for every auto attack against an enemy champion, up to a maximum 135%. [Sin gains weight with each stack of movement speed lost, creating a lumbering appearance to match his slow speed. At his slowest, he resembles the big-bellied figure of Gragas. At 135% movement speed, his slimmed down figure looks much more like an Ezreal. It is important to note that while attacking neutral minions and monsters can delay the loss of his movement speed, only attacking enemy champions can regain it]
Greed (Q): Steals 5-7-9-11-13% attack speed from all enemies within 1000 units. (Sharing) Upon first activation, 50% of all attack speed stolen is shared between all allies within 1200 units, the remaining 50% stolen attack speed is lost. (Hoarding) Upon second Activation, Sin takes 100% of all stolen attack speed for himself, sharing with no one. Sin can toggle between sharing or hoarding at any time. [Sin's body grows 1% in scale for each attack speed percentage he hoards, and loses 1% scale for each attack speed percentage shared, down to a possible 50%]
Pride (W): Applies a shield to a target ally at the cost of his own health, spending 35% of his current health to apply a shield of equal amount to the chosen ally. Any damage received by the shield is then returned to Sin as health. If the shield is depleted entirely, the ability is then recast onto Sin at no cost. Shield Duration is increased at every level from 2-3-4-5-6 seconds. [Sin draws his own blood to create the red health shield this ally enjoys, causing his own figure to change to a pale white. His color returns when ability comes to an end]
Sorrow (E): Sin throws his own arm at an enemy, losing 50% of his own attack speed for 7 seconds to deal damage and root the enemy in place for 0.8-1.2-1.5-1.8-2 seconds, healing himself for 35% of all damage taken by the enemy during the root duration (including the initial hit by Sorrow). [Sin quite literally rips his own shadowy arm off for this attack, growing it back over 2 seconds after the initial 5 second cooldown of the ability]
Wrath (R): Sin explodes into a being of pure anger, losing his own life to spread his wrath among his allies, granting them a one time immediate cooldown of all abilities, and 15-20-25% lifesteal during the duration of his death timer. [Sin's shadowy body explodes into an ethereal form, glowing red and momentarily taking the appearance of large, skeletal wings, before possessing the bodies of his allies across the map, giving each of them an angry red glow to go with their new lifesteal buff. Sin is treated as dead from this moment, and the ability with persist for as long as his death timer]
Sin will bring a unique presence to the bot lane, with an arsenal of support abilities, none of which require mana. His build path for this reason will be completely unique, and I am curious to see how all of you would choose to use him.
