When will aoshin come actually?
I heard it was created a year ago, but.... now still have no news for that.
I am really interested in that dragon champion, come on, riot!

As for March 2015 no one is actively working on him and he has been put on hold (though it doesn't mean he's cancelled) due to a few issues:

Matching his hitbox perfectly with his snake-like figure is actually quite tough, because they want to make his animations the best they can, which leads us to issue number two:

They wanna make his animations (unlike Cassiopeia's) incredibly fluid and smooth and like of a serpent's, and that requires them to develop new tech to make it good enough (plus, as I said, it will make them to create new tech for the hitbox too).

They never really had a kit for him.

They have problems connecting theme and lore with his kit.
He was cancelled. Im afraid to say that we ain't getting a dragon champion any time soon.
Or maybe canceled? 
They said they had trouble putting in the stuff they wanted to work with his kit.
So like, they want to give his kit this certain mechanic, but they're having technological difficulties putting it in, I believe.
They turned him into yasuo, you know that ?
According to a rioter Ao Shin MIGHT be ready for early 2016, because they have troubles with his kit and some animations...so wait.
