Just an Idea for a really unique Champion: Zaa'raxx: The Roaming Punishment

So this champion really just a proof of concept but i would think it would be a unique champion to mobas in general

Zaa'raxx: The Roaming Punishment Introduction: I'm a plat NA player that just wanted to see what the community thought of this concept of a champ.

My idea for this champion is inspired by the Weeping Angel from Dr.Who. A statue that blinks right in your face when you least expect it. I wanted a champ that can have that kind of fear and surprise but yet the same kind of vulnerability.

Ascetics: I would love to have someone be able to wipe up a concept for this. I'm a pretty mediocre artists so descriptions is all i can give. It looks like a trapezoidal box with big rivets embedded on its walls. Not to many though. On each side there are faces similar to the ones on iron maiden. It should give off similar vibe as that of an iron maiden. Each face has a different expression but each distorted and sort of painful. Kind of like those theater mask expressions. In between rivets are holes where spikes jet out.

Background: In the time before summoners, before the fall of Shurima, a mage named Zaar'raxx was among one of the top council member of the mage guild. .....(incomplete background) She was a head mage that foresaw justice. She became to strict and her punishments too harsh and was contacted by a Goddess of death. She gain immense amount of power. The other council members feared her and started to feel the evil presence she emitted. They trapped her in her own torture trap and casted her away to a far away land (the harrowing) Deep underground. a steel cage with spikes (iron maiden) but before she died the Goddess came back. Do you want to live? Do you seek revenge? Zaa'raxx replied "yes". The Goddess crackled and replied, "wicked girl, you judge those around you but you seek to escape your own punishment. You live will live but forever punished for your deeds." Zaa'raxx was given life but she was to be forever trapped in her cage. For thousands of year her anger grew and she seeked to punish those that betrayed her. Eventually a stray ghoul digging found the box and found interest. It carried her out into the mist... She is ready to unleash her rage and punish those she sees fit. i know bad story i know but its just the general idea.

NOW for the juicy stuff.

It has a melee range of 300 (spikes jet out in all directions) Health bit higher than average No Mana. replaced with a punishment bar. (similar to tryndamere)

Now for most of the abilities, i will refrain from give actually numbers unless it's needed to clarify.

Passive: She can't move Auto attacks cleave 360 and deals aoe. (Ap scaling too) While units take damage she gains punishment. While out of combat, punishment decreases. More punishment the bigger the range of her abilities become.

Q: Blood thirsty Ghoul: (yes this is the ghoul that dug her out.) She summons a ghoul that pretty much acts like your champion. Summons its for 20 seconds, has 30 second cooldown. Cannot leave 700-1200 range of Zaa'raxx. scales with AD. If target is in range of both auto attacks and ghoul they will both attack. The same target but with reduced damage. (Applies On hit effects) (unit is target-able)

Reasoning: Well you have to be able to last hit somehow right? Besides this would probably be the most fluent method of controlling a minion your mouse right click.

W: Wicked Chains: Range (400 -700) (medium cool down) (can't let go before reaching target) the chains that wrap around the whip out and latch to a target champion (friendly or foe or ghoul). Press w again to release. if on foe, Deals X damage (once) and applies slow. Drain's punishment per second while on enemy targets increased cost per second. (or just based on a timer up to 20 seconds). If on allies, gives friendly units armor and MR (scales with your % Armor and MR). If latched on to ghoul, ghoul movement speed is decreased but duration is reset and frozen. the ghoul is no longer target-able. By latching on to a target you are dragged it. So you hook and get pulled towards the target but you don't let go. You can cast other abilities and control the ghoul. CC will interrupt you and force you to let go. Passive: gives armor and mr.

Reasoning: Now mobility is a HUGE problem with this champ and i felt it would be cool to just let your team carry you. And it doesn't leave you just stuck somewhere for 10 mins waiting for your stacks.

E: The Blood of punishment: (range of pool) (250-400) (medium cool down) Blood spills around her in a pool and everyone around her takes immediate damage of X and afterwards those who stay in her pool of blood take damage over time and deals reduced damage to Zaa'raxx. While in movement, the blood trails leaving like a singed effect. Drain's punishment

R: Unrelenting Punishment: (no cost) (5/6/7/8 stacks) (Range 500) (1 second CD between casts) gains a stack every 10~~ seconds. One point already in at lvl 1 You're probably wondering HOW DOES THIS GUY LEAVE FOUNTAIN?!?! Well this is the answer. She is able to teleport a distance: if she lands on a target deal X damage and stun for 0.3 seconds (small aoe Kassidain aoe). there is no limit on how often it can be used on the same champion. While latched on to a target it deals damage and stuns the target Zaa'raxx is latched on and a small aoe around Zaa'raxx. While latched on allied champions, Aoe damage and stun is around both the ally champions and Zaa'raxx with an increase aoe radius.

Im pretty sure in the state it's in it'll be a really awkward champ and frustrating at times but its a concept I just wanted to share. If you have any suggested changes/ artwork/ feedback it'll much be appreciated!
