OMG!! A NEW ABILITY!!! (CHALLENGE TO RITO PROGRAMMERS)
can the new champ have a black hole ability for his/her/its ulti
here is how its going to work...

once the black hole spawns, champions outside CANT see whats going on inside (and the ones inside CANT see outside)

since black holes compress space and time....
2.1) champions who go inside will shrink along with the space (BUT!!! with a reverse jhin ulti zoom-IN, they will look NORMAL SIZED)
2.2)since time is compressed, champions inside will experience increased movement AND ability speed (ik but > adrenaline)

ALL champions who go into the black hole, are NOT able to leave until the ability's duration is complete

skill shots can be fired into the black hole but NOT out of it --> the skill shots will shrink and will probably miss since the people will be firing blind

once the black hole's duration is over, all of the ALLIES will be sucked into the center of it, while all ENEMIES will be violently flung perpendicular to the black hole's center (taking damage if colliding with walls/teammates) *the effects from 2) will go away as well after 5)
