QuickCast and Replace QuickCast with Range Indicators

So I am an avid fan of replacing QucikCast with RangeBinder UI thing, but it has drawbacks on some abilities. Looking specifically at Lee Sin, it makes his w, kick and smite slower than it would be with QuickCast.

So, I think there should be a way to cuztomize whether each ability has quickcast or the UI thing, not just all or nothing.
