New skin for Twitch

Riot should make a new skin for twitch, call it MadSurgeon Twitch and have like a Syringe Gun and have him wear some kind of White Coat but its dirty because he is a rat and like His E thing (Deadly Venom) would be like a biohazard or something. Its just a thought.
