Yorick Skin Idea-Judge Yorick

So I've been playing the new Yorick and first of all that damage is NOT OK AT ALL! Now that that's out of the way, here is the skin idea: Judge Yorick. So you know how Yorick raises his ghouls, with the raise of the almighty hand. That's what made me thinking about Judge Yorick.

His body would be a court judge, with robes and all, he would have this fake wig like so: (http://www.luvyababes.co.uk/images/_lib/wicked-costumes-judge-wig-12003127-0-1395670222000.jpg). So we have Yorick with black robes and this wig and all that's missing is his shovel. I would say that the gavel would make a wonderful complement for this. Also, he would have this beard like Gragas, but not too long.

His Q would be a swing of the gavel onto his victim and the particles would be a sort of mix of red, white and blue surrounding his gavel. During the swing, the color should be something between the palate stated before.

His W would be a witness stand just surrounding the target area. The ground would show a sort of brown-ish color (or the color of the stand).

His E would be swarm of papers or gavels flying at the target area and the mark should be an eagle.

His R would just summon the good old American eagle and would has the eagle sound playing when it spawns in - kind of like the Uncle Ryze Ult - and a jail cell closing sound when it attacks an enemy.

His passive would be reanimated jurors or reanimated criminals in the orange cell outfit. The graves should be an actual grave or should be like the regular graves with a jail cell over it.

I think that covers it. I really think this is a good idea but biased opinions are biased (and it's mine). I hope this actually becomes a thing. Thank you for reading (if you did at all).
