Add Commencing Stopwatch to Item Sets

I just wasted a stopwatch in my last game because the commencing stopwatch defaulted to the 1 position in my inventory, where I keep my control ward in my item set.

Could commencing stopwatch please be added to the item set or be put where the commenced version is by default?
