Crohane , arbiter of the mist (shadow isle ,support/ mage)

Crohane was a lowly court servant when the mists crept over the isle , consuming his mind and replacing his soul, but not before altering his form to suit the horror of his new position . his flesh rotting and corrupt paled gray and creeping with dead veins is thinly covered by a cloak of stained gray whips of fabric.

(scaleing per level ( 1.2 per level) __ **Q - mourning breath **-_ Crohane breaths out in a_ cone , plaguing the area with a toxic mist reducing visibility and doing ap scaling (0.8-1) damage __ **W- Wakeing wails **- Crohane shrieks in agony afflicting_ fear in a small aoe around Crohane fearing all enemies inside the aoe for a duration of 0.4 __ E- Soul survivor - _(passive) Crohane leaves globules of mist every few seconds (3 -5 ) that buff allied champion ad and ap (ap scaling 0.4-1) (active) Crohane lobs a mist dew globule to slow enemy champions for 20% for 0.3 _ __ R - Mists influence - PASSIVE while enemies are inside the mist , they are slowed by 10% and take tick damage to there Mana or Energy
Active when activated any enemy inside the mist becomes rooted for a duration of 1
