Stasis utility mage

I really like the concept of Stasis, but it's sad how only three sources of it exist. Zhonya, Stopwatch, and Bard. I was thinking, what if an all around utility flexible champion that used Stasis existed?

(btw i was dreaming about bard's lil swingy thingy and how he pulls out this green puff ball when i thought of this)

Bard has a green puff thing that doesn't really fit in with his Lil' Flute, so I was wondering if maybe there was a better thing that caused stasis that originally existed in that flute. (Maybe that's why he can only ult once every 80 seconds or something...)

Basically, this golden ball is attached by a chain, and that's the Stasis-mancer's weapon.


Passive: Something about stasis and refreshing or something

When an allied champion leaves stasis, they are healed for 5-90 (+2% Armor)(+2% MR)(+5% Bonus AD)(+5% AP) +1% of the target's maximum health.

Q- Bobby swingy thingy based off of a golden version of Bard's puff.

Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds Mana Cost: 60 mana

The Stasis-mancer empowers their next autoattack to deal an additional 10/20/30/40/50 (+35% AD)(+60% AP)(25% Armor)(+25% Magic Resist) magic damage. Right after the autoattack connects, both the stasis-mancer (hereby labeled as X) and the target of the autoattack will go into stasis for 1.5 seconds. X will teleport to the location of the cursor at the end of the stasis. Maximum range: 450 units.

W- The main supporty synergy with stasis ability.

Cooldown: 15/14.5/14/13.5/13 seconds Mana Cost: 80/90/100/110/120 mana

X creates a zone that extends to 500 units around him. After 1.5 seconds, it erupts, knocking up enemies for 1 second and dealing 60/70/80/90/100 (+50% Armor)(+50% Magic Resist)(+15% AD)(+15% AP) magic damage. The ability can be recast to change its effect. If recast, the zone changes from golden to red, and erupts after 2 seconds instead of 1.5. It deals 20/30/40/50/60 (+20% Armor)(+20% Magic Resist)(+60% AD)(+45% AP) physical damage, and silences all enemies for 2 seconds.

E- Other utility ideas

Idea 1:

Cooldown: 24/22/20/18/16 seconds Mana Cost: 120 mana Range: 600 units

X fires a wave of energy in a cone shape, dealing 20/40/60/80/100 (+100% Armor)(+100% Magic Resist)(+10% AD)(+15% AP) magic damage in target direction on all enemies passed through. If it hits enemy champions, a time bomb will appear above their heads, detonating after 2.5 seconds, dealing 15/20/25/30/35 (+40% Armor)(+40% Magic Resist)(+20% AD)(+25% AP) magic damage.

Idea 2:

Cooldown: 16/15.5/15/14.5/14 seconds Mana Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 mana / 80/90/100/110/120 mana Range: 850/1000 units

X highlights a thin line 1 unit wide at a very fast speed in target direction, dealing 40/60/80/100/120 (+40% AD)(+60% AP) magic damage. If it hits an enemy champion or epic monster, X can recast E within 1 second to fire a much wider wave in the same direction, only damaging enemies who were hit with the initial beam, dealing 70/80/90/100/110 (+60% AD)(+75% AP) magic damage.

Idea 3:

Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds Mana Cost: 40/50/60/70/80 mana Range: 600 units

X shoots a golden rope in target direction. Upon contact with an enemy champion, it will put them in stasis for 1 seconds. If it hits an enemy champion, the ability's cooldown is reduced by 20%.

R- The "Bread and Butter" ability.

Granted 1 upgraded point into this ability at the beginning of the game.

Cooldown: 40/35/30/25 seconds Mana Cost: No Cost

X puts target champion into stasis for 1 second.


Granted, this would not be an easy champion to play. However, if such a champion existed, I can see plenty of combos in the kit already provided, along with synergy that could work with cc and the like.
