REWORK CONCEPT: Mordekaiser, The Iron Revenant

With the whole Rylai's situation still going on, I had the brilliant idea of coming up with a few changes of my own design for the Master of Metal himself Mordekaiser. This is just a little something I was thinking of since I had nothing else to do at the time lol, so here we go:

NEW PASSIVE: The Infection

Mordekaiser's Basic Attacks and Abilities apply a stack of The Infection. Each stack of The Infection shreds 3 Armor and 3 MR for each stack (stacks up to 10). Enemies with 5 or more stacks of The Infection take additional Magic damage by mordekaiser's abilities equal to 20% of his CURRENT health.

Q Change: Mace of Spades

Damage for first 2 hits: 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 (+ 10% / 20% / 30% / 40% / 50% Mordekaiser's Missing Health) (+ 60% AP)

ACTIVE: Mordekaiser's next three basic attacks deal bonus magic damage and causes a shockwave that deals 50% reduced damage. The third hit's is the damage of the previous two combined.

W Change: Harvester of Sorrow

No damage change, but increase the heal since I've decided to forego the shield mechanic he's got here. Ability Change: PASSIVE: Mordekaiser's abilities apply a slow equal to how many points are in Harvester of Sorrow (5% / 10% / 15% / 20% / 25%) Active Change: Mordekaiser's W damage is increased by 50% if he targets himself.

E Change: Siphon of Destruction

Damage change: 35 / 65 / 95 / 125 / 155 (+ 50% Mordekaiser's Missing Health) (+ 50% AP)

Ability Change: for each enemy hit, Mordekaiser gains some health (I'm too lazy to come up with the numbers for this. Maybe Rito can help lol)

R Change: Children of the Grave

Damage change:

Initial: 6.25 / 7.5 / 8.75% (+ 1% per 100 AP) of Mordekaiser's Missing health

DoT: 1.875 / 2.25 / 2.625% (+ 0.3% per 100 AP) of Mordekaiser's Missing health

Ghost Changes:

Ghost/Dragon attacks apply a stack of The Infection

Ghosts/Dragon now do damage equal to a portion of Mordekaiser's Missing Health

Now I know it's not Perfect, but I feel like it somewhat helps Morde with a gameplay identity that shapes who he is as a champion. The passive I made for him is as if he is channeling the necromantic power that rebirthed him combined with his cruel will to weaken his opponents. As for changing up how he deals his ability damage (From AD to Morde's Missing Health), I imagined that's how he fought as both a human warlord and his current form, savagely fighting even until the bitter end, gaining power the closer he was from death. I decided to put a slow onto his W innately since nobody really knows what's gonna happen with Rylai's, and I figured it'd make a good tool for Morde to stick to his opponents.

I'm interested in what people would think of this set up, and if it would be better than his current kit. (I'm especially curious as to what MM thinks since he's the big Morde main around these here parts ;P )
