Rumble Idea

First, I think Rumble is due for some sort of buff or rework to modernize him with the current state of the game, and while thinking about it after playing him as Super Galaxy, I was thinking what if it worked much like Samus/DVa (Overwatch), in which he can pop out with a blaster and increased mobility, something of that nature.
