Paanee - Water's Will

Paanee is a form shifting champion. I find that encompassing his potential role with his ultimate being the form shift skill is kind of choppy. The shift will be his w skill. Paanee is Hindi for water. Im a buddhist, and i have a desire to learn more of Indian culture. The name, while simple; sounds nice enough to flow as well as his water. He is designed to be a tanky ap mage.

Passive: Weather forecast - Paanee can detect magical energies wherever water resides, occasionally he will detect a lightning strike temporarily revealing hidden an area on the map where an enemy champion resides. (reveals invisible champions if they happen to be chosen)

Q: Aqua blast - Paanee shoots a blast of scalding water exploding in a small radius upon impact with a unit dealing damage. Frost form- Paanee fires an icicle exploding in a small radius upon impact, dealing damage and slowing.

W: Rotate - Paanee channels for two seconds to swap to ice/water form. Water form - This unit has increased ap scalings and movement speed Ice form - This unit has increased health, magic resist and armor based off a fraction of current armor and magic resist.

E: Tidal slam - Paanee charges a dash and slides into an enemy dealing damage on contact and around and to nearby enemies. Additionally leaving a trail behind him. Water form - trail grants increased movement speed to allies Ice form - Stuns enemies and nearby enemies leaving a trail that slows enemies

R: Storm form - Paanee transforms into a storm dealing damage while moving (like a personal viktor ult). After the ultimate ends he is temporarily untargetable while the storm rains him back down. Water form: Transforms into a hurricane dealing high damage and moving quickly Ice form: Transforms into a blizzard and slows enemies. Enemies that remain inside the blizzard for two seconds are stunned.
