What if, for a limited time, riot made a game mode that gave everyone a global ult

Everyone's ult is global, and the ones that are already global or are buffs (i.e. Master Yi and Ashe) Can be buffed, or in the buffs, can apply to everyone. I feel this could be a funny game mode, with Annie placing Tibbers across the map, Malphite charging across to knock up people from the other side of the map, Darius dunking from far away. please tell me if you like this idea and tell me how I can improve it. thx!
