**Passive: Purify: **

Whenever Ivan hits an enemy or monster with a damaging ability they are marked with “Impure” for 5 sec. When Ivan AA an enemy afflicted with Impure they take an additional 20 + (10 × Champion lvl) True damage.

Q: Purge:

CD: 8/7/6/5/4 sec Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 Mana Range: 650

Ivan smites a target dealing 45/90/135/180/225 (+ 80/85/90/95/100% Bonus AD) (+ 50% of Purify) and slowing them for 60%-20% over 2 sec. Ivan is also healed for 25/50/75/100/125 (+ 5% of Bonus HP). Hitting an enemy with Purge consumes Impure immediately dealing 50% of the damage. If the target is killed Ivan is healed for 50/100/150/200/250 ( 10% of Bonus HP).

W: Unearth:

CD: 20/17/14/11/8 sec Cost: 55/65/75/85/95 Mana Range: 925 Width: 225

Ivan starts channeling for 3 seconds and has his MS reduced by 40%. Ivan can move while channeling, but cannot attack or cast his other abilities. Over the first 2 seconds of the channel, Unearth's range will gradually increase from 600 - 1000. After the 3 seconds, Unearth will cancel and while be put on a 10/8.5/7/5.5/4 sec CD. On second cast Ivan throws his hammer forward into the ground ripping up the ground as it travels. Enemies hit take 60/100/140/180/220 (+ 40% AD) and are knocked up for 1 sec, then slowed for 20% for 1 sec. Enemies hit are also marked with Impure.

E: To Arms:

Passive:

Every 3rd AA Ivan Gains a 100/160/220/280/340 (+ 10% Bonus HP) shield for 1.5 sec.

Active:

CD: 10 sec all ranks Cost: 35/45/55/65/75 Mana Cast Range: 700 AoE: 400

Ivan calls down a divine warrior to fight with him dealing 30/75/110/145/180 (+ 50% AD) in a 400 AoE and knocking enemies 100 units back that are within the blast radius. Ivan can have a max of 5 Man-At-Arms out at one time and cannot control them, but they will follow him. Man-At-Arms live until killed and are healed by Heal, the Fountain, and can be targeted by targeted heals. Each Man-At-Arms deals 20/40/60/80/100 (+25% Bonus AD) (+ 50% of Purify) Physical Damage per AA and have 100/200/300/400/500 (+ 10% of HP) and have 50% of his Armor and MR and 100% of his MS and AS. The Man-At-Arms’ AAs don’t apply Impure, but the original AoE does. Multiple Man-At-Arms’ AA deal 25% of the original damage past the first Man-At-Arms.

R: Crusade:

CD: 220/160/100 sec Cost: 80/100/120 Mana

Ivan and his Man-At-Arms gain 250/350/450 MS and start to regen 30/40/50 (+ 2% HP) for 4/6/8 sec. During this time Ivan and his Man-At-Arms also deal 10 + (5 × Champion lvl) True Damage on each AA.

I absolutely love this guy, I always thought that we needed a pure straight paladin in league, Taric does not even come close, and while Kayle is pretty close, she more of a angle and support type paladin. I hope we get one like this guys at some point, because I like all his abilities, they are all very well thought out. I would love to play him in game, seriously all his abilities really fit the paladin theme. I am in love with this guy, i guess I just have a soft spot for paladin type champion. Some people may complain that he should have a shield, but Man-At-Arms, act as a offensive type shield, and if you give him a high enough base armor, (I think you did, 27(+3) but I dont know how that compares), then it fits the theme, because paladins where a lot of armor. Also if you give him a high enough HP and HPR. Though I might ask why you have given Unearth such a long range, I could see why you stayed away from a standard type close range hammer smash, but why that marksman/ mage like range though? Also what class does he fit under?

feedback? well i think his w isnt fair at all, a 900 range knockup could be an EASY initiate for anyone, a knock back is a bit much to.. and i didnt understand his soldiers attack damage at all

200 true damage PASSIVE with no cooldown. Ridiculously high damage for someone who should be a bruiser. No heal on a paladin? Run a cavalier type ult not another azir. A hammer and a sword is a piss poor combo give him a shield. This right now just feels like Velkoz and Azir had some kind of creepy tentacle bird child and called it balanced.

Here's some feedback as promised :)

Passive: Too strong right now competing with Vel'koz, and he has to land 3 abilities to proc. Also, I think it would fit more thematically and more balanced by forcing the passive to trigger only from Purge. Damage and mana cost tweaks plus a low, static cooldown on Purge might help compensate.

Q: It offers too much currently. A paladin with a heal is nice, but I think it's overkill and doesn't match the ability's theme. Keep slow, but it shouldn't be so strong since it's a low cooldown.

W: Again, I'd say choose either the slow or knockup. In addition, I feel like ripples would shoot outward from the impact zone rather from the hammer traveling.

E: This is my favorite ability by far, I can only recommend that multiple champions dealing damage to an enemy target results in lowered damage (like Azir soldiers). Additionally, if they are going to live forever they need to have stat decay that makes them continually weaker or easier to kill. Lastly, I would consider calling them something other than Champions as that might be confusing with players (also called champions).

R: Interesting idea, but I think the cooldown is super long :P additionally, I don't really see the ult of this champion being a steroid. Lastly, I think somewhere in the kit there needs to be some defensive capability to fit the them of an armored pally.

Overall, needs some tweaking, but could have great potential.

Ah, did you mean a shield every 3rd auto for E? That would be tanky factor then. Regen isn't tanky because if you're squish you don't live long enough to regen health. I do think passive is a bit strong still because honestly an auto isn't hard to get off when you're tanky and have minions and have a knock-up and have a slow to help you get in range for the auto and survive any harass you'd take in the process :)

Lore: I think a Paladin would be a good way to explore Demacias more shady side, by being extremly strict and leading an Inquisition that punishes all wrongdoings.

Kit: The passive is far too similiar to Lux. His Q seems almost too good: Low CD, medium range, very good sustain and a slow. It's hard to judge his W now that Poppys ult does the same thing, but better. The shield passive on E is very strong especially with some AS, but I like the idea of it. There should be a way to somehow control his minions as they can easily block you. His Ult gives mobility, sustain and damage, but I think that it should focus on one aspect.

Gameplay: Without some meaningful interactions with his minions or kit his playstyle feels rather boring. His "divine warrior" are just used to gang up on your opponent and can be easily replaced turning them into disposable minions, which is kinda Yoricks stick. You are very safe in lane with the Heal from Q, Shield from E and the Regen from R without any real way to counter it.

I think you should tone down his sustain and maybe make his warriors more involved in his kit, but overall it is a very interesting concept with lots of thought put into it.
