New Champion idea

I would like to talk about a champ idea i kept thinking of and would like to share it with others to see what they think of him. I don't really mind what he looks like but i would like him to have some sort of glass sword so here are his details. Passive: every third auto attack with his sword, he shoots an electric or lighting bolt from his machanical glove which is attached to his left hand, this does extra damage of some sort. Q: his sword does extra damage and has a 50 to 60 percent chance to stun the enemy you hit. W: like master yis heal regeneration but instead of health, he is regenerating his mana E: he teleports anywhere in a small radius but damages any enemies in his way and heals his allies as well as minions a small amount. R: His ult is that he can teleport anywhere on the map but he has to teleport with a enemy champion. This can help you if you want to pick out a squishy champion and fight them without the other team getting in the way. But you will need 3 stacks on the champion you want to teleport. Once you have chosen the person you want to ult on it will take 3 seconds for you to actually teleport, so when you ult the champ there is a medium sized circled area around you which slows the other champions.

I was thinking of him to be kind of a futuristic champ, a bit like ekko but i don't mind what he looks like, Thanks and hopefully this gets noticed by someone.
