[Passive]: 3 round burst: Leon's basic attacks are fired in bursts hitting a target three times to deal damage, after each burst he must wait 2 seconds before he can resume firing.

[Passive] Tactical movement: After using an ability Leon gains a burst of movement speed decaying over 2 sevonds, 5 second CD ( not affected by CD reduction).

[Q] High caliber: channels for 4 second steadily taking aim and gaining 10% critical chance each second to strike a unit at 600/800/1000/1200/1400 units dealing 60/80/100/120/140 (+60% Ad) And Pierce them to reduce their armor by 40%, if a target is pierced this deals 40% reduced damage to any other champions hit. If this ability is not cast within the 4 seconds it refunds full mana consumption and is set on a 2 second cool down, 10 second CD after use.

[W] D6 frags: Leon places a D6 particle explosive 400 units at a target location, these explosives can be placed on any terrain surface and be detonated on recast to deal 40/60/80/100/120 (+40% Ap)(20% ad) to units within 500 units of it and them to bleed taking 5% of leons Ap for 5 seconds 3 sec cd.

[E] implosive grenades: Leon throws a grenade 600 units in a target direction exploding to deal 20/30/40/50/60 (+20% Ad) physical damage to units in a 300 unit area pulling them in and exploding a second time after a 1.2 second delay to deal 40/60/80/100/120 (+60%Ap)(40%ad) and silencing them for 2 seconds. This ability can be held down to change the way thr grenades are thrown, if thry are thrown in an arc they bounce once after reaching their thrown distance and may travel an extra 100 units but if quick casted would deflect if they hit a wall showing its deflection path, holds 2 charges, 6 sec CD.

[R] Cloud canister: Leon rolls a canister 800 units in a target direction releasing a colored cloud 1.5 after it starts rolling, the cloud trails behind the canister remaining on the field for 20 second. Enemies who enter this cloud are slowed by 20/30/40% and revealed as long as they remain in it. This ability can be recast to summon an air raid to deal 200/400/600 (+80%Ap)(70%ad) to units within 400 units of the cloud trail ( trail is about 600 units long raid hits + 400 units outside of clouds). 2 minute cooldown.
