Project Skin Discussion

So am I the only one that feels that Shen is looked down upon because I feel that it needs to change by giving him something where the gamer's will have their eyes on from the day it releases. You probably already know what I'm talking about and yes you are correct, a Project skin. The thought of a project skin will boost the thought of playing Shen again and maybe let us past mains of Shen go back to him because of his BA skin. Well I just thought of this as an idea, hopefully it can get some rep and make it something the community will support.
