Bio: Hailing from the same village as Annie, the nightmare child, Pandora was drawn to the dark history and power that cursed the land around her village. Creating a magic box to contain the nightmares she encountered, she gathered many and learned to control them and hear what secrets they had to offer.
Not satisfied with just the nightmares found in the Voodoo Lands, she now travels the world looking to gather more. From the haunted battlefields of Illona to the shores of the Shadow Island, from the back alleyways of Noxus to the courtrooms of Demancia, she secretly gathers the nightmares of the land and the people who live there, always returning home to study her latest catch.
But her quest has not gone unnoticed, while there are many who are grateful for her containing the nightmares, some fear what she plans to do with the power once she is done with her quest …and for what she has seen…

Note: this could also be used as a chance to update Nocturne and Fiddlesticks’ lore to remove the league and summoners from it.

Champion Details
Skill Mechanic: She is a mage who casts her spells by opening her box to release different nightmares to attack. The skills are not directional and prioritize champions over Pets, Pets over minions, and minions over neutral monsters. If the abilities are not in range of anything, they will remain circling Pandora for a set length of time. She can have all three types circling her at once and can’t recast a skill until the nightmares from it are used up. However the cooldown on the ability start once the ability is initially cast, not when all the nightmares are used up. All of her skills scale with AP.
Play style: similar to Sona with the non-targeting attacks but is more independent and better able attack opponents. She is reliant on having Crawling Horrors for her skills to be fully effective, but can still work without them

Movement: walks on the ground, holding the box to her check at navel level, holds out box when casting spell, holding it with her right hand and opening it with her left.
Auto Attack: Opens the box a little and lets out a tiny bug like nightmare that attacks her target
Passive: Crawling Horrors: Every ability she uses builds a nightmare charge. Every fourth ability, she summons a nightmare that will follow her around (looks like a large house centipede) Each nightmare will last up to 3 minutes before fading away and will attack with a melee attack all targets in range (close to her). No limit to how many she can have, but teleporting, flash, or death will destroy them (knock-backs and grabs do not destroy them)

Q Skill: Dark Wings: Opens box to release small nightmares (look like crows, animation is to fly flapping their wings), they will attack any target in range, striking and fading away. If no target in in range they will circle Pandora for 40 seconds before fading away. The strength and number of birds increase by leveling this skill up – starts out with one and at max rank has five Time: instant cast Resource: Mana Scales With: AP (75%) Cooldown: 8 Bonus: Number of Crawling Horrors increases ability effectiveness (MP) and a small decrease in cost and cooldown (5% for 1, 10% for 2, and 15% for 3, 20% for 4, and 25% for 5 or more) Magic Damage: 70/115/160/205/250 Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 Range for attack: 850 Range for circling: 300 Animation Notes: Can use the crows from Fiddlestick’s Crowstorm as a base for this
W Skill: Fearling: Open box to release a single nightmare (tentacle like, similar to slivers in MtG, animation is to leap at its target or to slither around her) it will attack any target in range, damaging with an AOE blast that also causes fear for the targets that lasts for a short duration. If no Targets in range he will circle her for 30 seconds before fading. The strength of the blast and duration of the fear increase by leveling Time: instant cast Resource: Mana Scales With: AP (80%) Cooldown: 10 Cost: 80/85/90/90/100 Magic Damage: 70/115/160/205/250 Length of Fear: 1s/1.25s/1.50s/1.75s/2s Bonus: Number of Crawling Horrors increases ability effectiveness (size of AoE) and a small decrease in cost and cooldown (5% for 1, 10% for 2, 15% for 3, 20% for 4, and 25% for 5 or more) Range for attack: 850 Range for Circling: 350: Animation Notes: use Zac’s hopping animation as a base for this ability’s movement/attack
E Skill: Devour the Nightmares: Opens the box and absorbs all nightmares around her as well as all fear conditions (either friend or foe), heals herself and up to two close allies for the number of nightmares and sources of fear absorbed. Note, she can use this ability if she is under the effect of fear herself. The Dark Wing nightmares only count as one for the purpose of this spell regardless of how many are flying around. Time: 2 second cast Resource: Mana and requires nightmares to work Scales With: AP (50%) Cooldown: 12 Cost: 80/85/90/90/100 Heal: 50/75/100/125/150 (for one nightmare, every additional nightmare and fear increases it by 5%) Range for absorb: 1000 Range for Heal: 850 Animation Notes: Fear and Nightmars absorbed should look like they are being sucked into the box
R Skill: Nightmares to Come: Removes the cover to the box and releases a swarm of nightmare wraiths (appearance of semi-transparent wraiths). It is an expanding, channeling AoE attack that after 5 seconds covers the entire map. The wraiths swarm over the map till they hit the outer wall where they rebound and bounce off in a new direction. It ignores internal walls, monsters and minions and only affects enemy champions and pets. A target affected will become highlighted and 1 second of fear (not stacking) as well as some damage. Wraiths nearby will be drawn to highlighted champions and the wraiths themselves reveal a small portion of the map around them. Pandora is immobile while casting, and as a channeling skill will continue until she stops or runs out of manna. If she is hit wile casting it will end. If a champion is stealthed this will not reveal them, thus protecting them unless they are directly hit by a wraith, then they are damaged and revealed. A stealthed enemy that is being revealed by another method (ward or champion) counts as being seen for the purpose of this spell Time: Channeling Resource: Mana Scales With: AP (50%) Magic Damage: 100/150/200 per hit Cost: 75/100/125 per second Cooldown: 200/180/160 Bonus: Number of Crawling Horrors decreases the abilities cost (5% for 1, 10% for 2. 15% for 3, 20% for 4, and 25% for 5 or more) Rage: Global (after 5 seconds) Number of Nightmare Wraiths Generated: 10 per second
