Why isn't Rengar in the Omega Squad?

He's a stealthy assassin hero who jumps out of the bushes and cuts you down. He'd be a perfect canidate for Omega Squad. I mean think about seeing Rengar dressed in a skin tight suit like he was Snake from Metal Gear Solid.

Plus when he dies...
