I would love to be able to toggle between male and female on champions. As a female player, I actually have a hang up on playing male characters. Yeah I know..weird...but I've always hated the whole male dominated Game world where the lead's in game are always male or overly sexualized females that a man wants to look at the arse of while he plays. So when I play..I want to play a female (one without size QQQ breasts held up by bandaids...) and when I have to choose a character on LoL...that leaves me limited in what I can do in each position. So having the ability to change characters genders is perfect!
I would love these. For every champion. All it requires is different "outfit" and a voiceover changes (that part could be more difficult).

Gender bend isn't exactly a thing everyone can consume due to various reasons, it's a take or otherwise kind of thing.
I wanna post Femgar here for the giggle though but I would prob get banned lol.
Really though, gender bend Karthus, then you would get Kalista with a staff.
TBH Ez and taric are already gender benders in my eyes.
It's rather disturbing for some and unsettling....
we have kids playing League, we do not need them blubbering random stuff in school.
