Loading Screen Chat and More!

Hi so i was reading the current _Ask Riot _ and noticed that they discussed an In-Game chat feature. I was not thinking too much about this until i had been in a loading screen for almost 5 minutes and realized _OP.GG _ and looking at builds helped a ton. Now i know that not all loading screens are fast enough to do a thing especially when the client freezes and wont let you check ingame players ranks.

Now i do adore the f*ck out of the new loading screen for a lot of reasons...

1. Cleaner
2. I am able to see current levels or ranks
3. I can see how experienced the person is at a champion
4. Feels more premium

I was thinking and while playing bots on the last few games while my Xp Boost was available i realized that windowed mode and youtube seemed nice. Not the point but while moving things around i noticed this....

The link shows me accidentally overlaying the client and in-game. It looked sweet, i thought it was a thing and really it looked so authentic. If any admins are seeing this please spread it around. It could be a way of masking the client and in-game during loading screen and then have an options in-game to have it only appear when the cursor is available?

It seems pretty simple on paper but please tell me if this is possible. Then we can finally be able to whisper people in-game without having to _TAB _ out.

Another reason i can see this being useful is editing a build right before the game loads, add notes for duo partners, check current quests, and see notifications or patch notes.
