Chroma's - Victorius Skin related to Tier Rank

I don't know if anybody else came up with this idea but I haven't heard it before. It sounds like a sweet concept so I hope somebody notices this :p

Concept: Whenever a season ends, everybody gets season rewards depending on their Tier Rank. Gold or higher get an exclusive Victorius skin, which is AWESOME if you ask me. But wouldn't it be nice if you would also receive a unique Chroma skin depending on your Tier?

For example, this season we would get Victorius Maokai. Gold gets the standard Victorius Maokai skin Platinum gets the standard Victorius Maokai skin + Chroma greenish Victorius Maokai skin which resembles the Platinum tier. Diamond gets the standard Victorius Maokai skin + Chroma blueish Victorius Maokai skin which resembles the Diamond tier. Etc.

What do you think guys? Sounds legit or not?
