Veigar Geiger skin

I was asking a friend what is a good viegar counter and my inner pun heathen struck. Geiger counter+Veigar= Veigar Geigar (Or Geigar Veigar) It could be a radioactive hazmat suit. His staff could be replaced with a geigar counter his q could be a barrel of toxic waste, his W could be a ball of sludge, his E could be a toxic dump site, and his ult could be a big yellow ball of pure radiation. Or you know, tweak it however. Just a thought.
