Wrong board.

"You flamed someone"
-
If you're venting to the boards about it, then it's pretty easy to surmise the situation: the player you had in lane was a passive player, you are an overly aggressive player, you died repeatedly, and would rather blame them, riot's matchmaking, and literally anyone except yourself for your bad play, then get appalled at being punished because your egotistically warped mind can't comprehend that your poor attitude was even more problematic than your inting.
Am I correct?
I used to be that bad at seeing other people's playstyles. I used to get just as frustrated when everyone would just not follow up on literal suicide missions like them not being stupid was the reason we threw the game. My main got the perma from it. So don't take this as someone telling you to commit to staying gone, or trying to attack you personally. I've been there. I've done that. I've got the loss of a lot of VERY hard to get skins to prove it...every single Caitlyn and Nami skin, Hextech Annie, 8 seasons worth of legacy content, and a couple of Riot exclusives, to give you just a general idea. But if all it takes to get you to quit playing the game is the reality that you're not even trying to work with your team, and instead are absolutely losing it because you can't even have fun playing the game unless you're destroying the enemy in every run, then you're really not playing the game anyway. Losing is a part of the experience too...but the only thing that matters is winning, right?
I deserved it. And so do you. Lying to oneself doesn't change the situation one is left to face. It's not too late for you. Don't lose your account before you admit this like I did.
