Extravagant Zyra Passive Rework Idea

I read that in her rework, they're trying to make Zyra feel as if she's bringing the forest to life around her. An idea I had would be to allow her to overgrow a quadrant of jungle in a manner similar to how Azir conquers turrets. Only one quadrant at a time should be able to be controlled in Summoner's Rift, and siezing another piece of land would remove your influence over the previous one. This skill would have something of a 90 second static recharge. In the Twisted Treeline, you gain control over the jungle around whatever shrines you control. In the Howling Abyss you'll just have to claim a half of the map. Visually, it would be perfect if the area of terrain had an alternate texture with vines wrapping around all terrain in sight, but I couldn't ask Riot to retexture a large chunk of all of their maps for the purpose of one ability. The effects don't really matter, but my idea would be to have Zyra's seed recharge to be reduced while in this area, and allow her seeds to linger much longer when planted here. The main selling point and core theme is that the enemy should feel they are fighting the map as well as Zyra, and Zyra should feel like she's the queen of all she surveys while in her little garden.

Side note: for a purely visual flare, I think Zyra should get a footprint effect akin to zombie brand where a few small buds spring up in her footsteps and then shrink back into the ground.
