uncle ryze skin rework

i have an idea for this skin i would like to propose for this skin. If you could change the particle effect and make him throw money. tickets or bills in general. like the sketch from SNL( cant remember the sketch name). because that is what i had in mind for this skin when i bought it. maybe this can happen in this rework. like for for his aa throw dollars. q throw some bills at tareget , w taxes and say your taxed on the snare . for his e ability throw s bag of coins coins at target. and for his ultimate when its activated it would say interest rate. and hail money from above him.
