Hey,

make a site additionally to the game, where players are listet due to their mmr, their prefered map and make a number which determins how nice they are.

For example: I want more players who preferably play ARAMs with an aram mmr between 1500-2000, and i would like them to be between nice and very nice.

Number which determins how nice a player is: Make a calculated number which is influenced by different parts. 1. Amount of reports a player gets 2. Amount of flame he writes in the chat 3. Flame in how many games and in which amount 4. amount of honors the player received 5. Amount of positive comments the player writes, usually each game

This way it would be easier to find players for clubs and who you want to add and play with
