Division chats amongst your league

I hat this idea to come up with a chat just inside your personal division. I met this other player and we watched each other climb through the ranks and it made it more competitive because we would try to surpass each other. If there was a chat in each division for example, ('Swains lords' or something idk) people could kind of 'race' against others in climbing and/or discuss games that they have played with or against each other. It could really bring the players in each division closer together and make the game overall more competitive.
