[Champion Concept] How about a champion called the Dimension Eater?

Maybe another one like leblanc (well,not that damaging) has something like a teleportation or a taliyah wall , one of those mages who tear apart the team fight into a 5 v 3 with the other two somewhere far. It also might have a wave clear ability, and have that ability stack on + 1 ap damage based on minion kills with that ability. For the ult, riot decides if they want to make this (as if they ever would read this post)
