A Simple Suggestion: Impliment a Drag-and-Drop Style for Runes & Masteries.

I'd like to be able to rearrange my rune pages and masteries into the orders that I want without having to remake every other page. No matter how much I plan, it gets messy. Sometimes I have to delete, remake, or replace a page and I don't feel like remaking them all every time I want to switch one out. It would also be easier to find the pages I want when time is a factor (like before an ARAM when someone wants to switch champs with 10 seconds left) if I could group my rune pages the way I wanted like ADC in the 1-3 slots etc.
