Suggestion for Clubs: Avatars for a group like in Starcraft 2

In SC2 you can submit a picture for your team/group/thing. Any way we can have this added to League? What it looks like right now in League: http://i.imgur.com/9QZIDlY.png What we could change it to: http://i.imgur.com/Tcigbjl.jpg Or even better: http://i.imgur.com/IwFFxQu.jpg (Imo the tag looks out of place in the window)

In starcraft you can even see this avatar in game above your base. Maybe we could even add a groups avatar as a taunt?

It wouldn't be that difficult for the player to use.

Have the user upload an avatar in 32x32, 64x64, 128x128, and whatever size is needed for the taunt.

And I know Riot doesn't want Rated X things in the game so have an approval process. Ezpz clubs are now sick
