Flolo, the Monster of the Deep

Coming up from the deepest part of the ocean, thought to be all void of life, comes up a cute and what appears as a fragile and harmless little water fairy named Flolo.

Flolo got tired of feasting on scraps of fish food that sink on down for his mana supply, but a group of divers came far enough down and attacked by some sharks, their blood sank down lower. He has discovered the taste of human blood is being quite delicious and fulfilling much more mana than those small scraps he has been getting. So he decided to swim to the surface to find more of these humans and drink every last droplet of blood straight from their bodies!

The more mana he acquires, the more unstoppable he becomes, shrugging off attacks like they are nothing, not phasing him one bit. His magic grows immensely, overwhelming his foes, slashing them open and letting the blood run free! He then swoops on him and devours it all up, and with every drop he drinks, he wants more and more. He feels the power flow through him like a rushing river in his veins, his power grows and he loves it, loves the though of annihilate everything across his path, and he wants more, more blood, more power!

Flolo's lust goes far beyond simple survival, simple energy of mana, simple want for blood for more mana, but now he just wants power, more and more power! He quickly becoming an unstoppable monster, who can defeat him, who will defeat him? Only the other greats can at this point, the champions of the League of Legends... but will it be enough at this point? Has he gotten himself too powerful?


Flolo is a squishy and fragile mage, or so it may appear. His true health bar is stemming from his mana pool, which means his resource can be drained quickly denying him the ability to use his abilities, but at the same time he will have a lot of it allowing him to hammer down powerful magic spells at his enemies for quite some time.

So deal with him and deal with him soon, because once his late game hits, it is too late and the monster runs wild, slaughtering you and your team!

Energy is Life (Passive):

Flolo has a protective magic barrier always flowing around him as long as he has mana available to use, causing all damage against him to deplete his mana instead of his health.

Champion kills or assists permanently increase your maximum mana by 40.

All bonus health is converted to mana instead and increased by 40%. All bonus mana is increased by 25%.

Unfortunately the buff from the Ancient Sentinel is only 25% as effective for Flolo, but the buff from Brambleback will restore mana as well at 20% effectiveness. Archangel's Staff, Seraph's Embrace, Manamune, and Muramana have their conversation rate halved.

Mana Leech (Q):

Cooldown: 4 seconds; Cost: 0/25/50/75/100 mana; Range: 1000 units

Flolo blasts a flow of mana in the target direction, stopping at the first enemy struck, dealing 0/40/80/120/160(+120%AP) magic damage and restoring 40/55/70/85/100% of the damage dealt as mana, 25% effectiveness against non-champions.

Swirling Death (W):

Cooldown: 1/0.8/0.6/0.4/0.2 second; Cost: 30 mana; Radius: 550 units

Flolo unleashes swirling mana in place for 2 seconds, dealing 30(+20%AP) magic damage over the duration. Multiple Swirling Deaths can be in play at a time. This can be held down to use immediately off cooldown.

Passive: Flolo's next basic attack deals up to 30/60/90/120/150(+110%AP) bonus magic damage based on his own missing mana, 10 seconds cooldown. Direct executes by this attack restore 5% maximum mana and refund this cooldown.

(Casting Swirling Death does not interrupt Flolo's movement.)

Flowing Lance (E):

Cooldown: 24/20/16/12/8 seconds; Cost: 60/90/120/150/180 mana; Range: 300 / 1000 units

Flolo creates a large aquatic lance, dashing a short distance in the target direction then striking all enemies ahead in a much longer distance, dealing 6%(+1.5% per 100AP) of target's max health as magic damage and stunning between 2.5 to 0.25 second based on closeness.

Minimum stun duration increases to up to 1.5 seconds based on Flolo's missing mana.

Unquenchable Power (R):

Cooldown: 1.5 seconds; Cost: 100 health; Max Range: 2000 units; Radius: 225 / 75 units

Hold: Flolo sacrifices a chunk of his health to channel in place, releasing a flow of bloody mana from below travelling in the target direction. This flow of mana travels at 750/875/1000 units per second. Enemies above become slowed by 30/45/60% for 2 seconds.

Release: Flolo causes the flow of mana to spike upward from its location, dealing 125/140/155(+4/6/8%max mana)(+100%AP) magic damage, enemies struck by the centre are dealt true damage instead. If struck enemy champions die by or within 1 second of being struck, then Flolo is fully healed.

(Cannot cast if Flolo has 100 or less health.)
