Taric: Or How I Learned to Stop Caring and Love the Gems
Okay... I have a bridge to sell ya Riot. I have been watching a few things on Taric's reworks and I wanted to share a few ideas me and some friends had. Take or leave, I hope ya see them.
Passive: Gemcrafted Armour Auto-Attacks Generate Gems Taric's Basic Attacks and Abilities build up Gems on his armor. Using Shatter causes 5x(level) damage per gem on Taric. Max 5
Q: Dazzle Taric Hefts his shield and stuns all enemies in a 140 range cone for 1.25 seconds, secondary effect blinds all enemies in a 200 cone in front of him for 1 second. (Damage based on MR?)
W: Shatter Passive: Taric Gains x% Bonus armor and shares x% of his armor with allies per Gemcraft stack. Active: Taric empowers his next auto-attack with harmonic resonance, the next target hit takes (Damage based on Armor?), and lose that much armor.
Imbue: Taric heals target and Taric for (% Taric's Hp or low AP scale), this heal bestows the ally with Gleam, which makes their next basic attack heal them and Taric for (40?). If he uses it on himself he heals for off from Gleam.
Outrageous Blow: Passive: Taric's every 3rd basic attack decreases all CD's by 1 sec.
Active. Taric slams the ground with unbelievable force, scattering glittering dust through the air. Any ally standing in this dust gains x AP x AD and Gleam, and enemies are stunned for .25 seconds. Leaving the cloud ends the effect permanently.
Design Ideas: Taric has always been built around the idea of being protected by his gem armor, so why not make him have a second model of him without heavy armor on. (Light leather jerkin for his upper body) When he shatters he could do so with such force his own armor is destroyed, and it slowly grows back. Similar to how it regrows around his feet, but instead it reforms a crystal chestpiece for him. His weapon could have a different look when the gems are broken off, maybe just a very basic slab of metal on a stick, and as it grows it could become more ornate.
That's all I've got, just bored as I wait for the RADS error to be fixed so I can play. Hope you guys read and maybe get a grin out of some of the ideas.
