Some stupid but maybe fun ideas for urf

Hey guys, came up with some dumbish ideas for urf

First off, Nemesis draft... i feel like it could be fun :P

Second... URF DRAGONS

The urf dragons respawn every minute and each give new bonuses: 2% Spell vamp (fire), 2% CDR (ocean)(over and above the 80%), 5% Vison (wind), and 1 additional cannon minion per wave (mountain)

third: rework mana and cdr items, move the base price into the rest of the items

fourth: Assuming the lack of nemesis urf rerolls on champs; throw them in the "Reroll pool" allow a player to swap out there champ for the cost of a reroll with any champ in the reroll pool. IE jon lands thresh, he rerolls ang gets vayne, thresh then goes into the reroll pool, paul has jayce, paul doesn't want to play jayce, so paul would rather play thresh and he clicks on thresh and hits accept, this costs a reroll.. this is great instead of trading because sometimes someone wont trade before a reroll, this also makes it so that it's not "Extra rerolls"
