Fiddlestick Rework Idea

Here is a little rework to Fiddlesticks that will make him a little less oppressive with the crowd control, and add some more skill capacity to him.

Passive: Murder of Crows - Crows flock to Fiddlesticks, and deal extra damage in his abilities while being used up. A crow will spawn around Fiddlesticks every 10 seconds. A crow will also spawn after killing a larger monster, or from champion kills and assists. Fiddlesticks can have up to 8 crows around him at once. Q: Terrify - Terrifies a target, causing it to flee from Fiddlesticks for 0.75/1/1.25/1.5/1.75 seconds. Up to 3 crows will attack the terrified target, dealing 40/60/80/100/120 (+35% Ability Power) magic damage per crow. W: Siphon - Fiddlesticks creates a tether to the target unit and channels Siphon on it, granting True Sight and dealing 80/105/130/155/180 (+45% Ability Power) magic damage per second to the target. Fiddlesticks heals for 60/65/70/75/80% of the damage dealt. Siphon lasts up to 5 seconds, and returns cool down equal to its remaining duration if the target dies. Fiddlesticks gains a crow if the full 5 second siphon is completed. E: Tenebrous Wind - Fiddlesticks unleashes an aura of darkness around himself that silences enemies for 1.25 seconds. Casting Tenebrous Wind will send out up to 4 crows to nearby enemies. The crows sent out deal 60/80/100/120/140 (+50% Ability Power) magic damage, and each crow can bounce to a second target to silence them for 1 second and deal 40/60/80/100/120 (+45% Ability Power) magic damage. R: Dreadstorm - Passive - Standing still or channeling abilities for 1.5 seconds makes Fiddlesticks' crows restless, which grants Fiddlesticks Movement Speed and an additional crow that spawns upon moving again. Crows can be spawned from this passive once every 10 seconds. Active - Fiddlesticks channels for 1.5 seconds, then blinks to the target point unleashing all of his crows, dealing 20/30/40 (+60% Ability Power) magic damage per crow per second to all enemy units in the area. The effect lasts for 5 seconds, and during this time Fiddlesticks spawns 2 crows instead of 1 per champion kill or assist.
