Skin for Big Fish?

Okay, so how about a Don Kench skin? It'd be decked out mafia-style, and then you could duo bot lane with Mafia Jinx or Mafia Graves (because who doesn't like duo skins?) I don't have art to add because I am a terrible artist. :|
