Champion idea

So I was minding my business in the restroom and since I didn't have my phone I came up with a champion concept. :D I haven't named him yet nor I thought about his origins but since I'm into dual wielding he would have three swords (yes 3).

Abilities:

P- If an enemy was attacked with both of the dual wielded swords in an altarneting order three times (1- the first hit is always dealt with the right hand then the left, then the right again, and the passive has a decay time) the third sword will piercie the enemy champion making them more vulnerable for the other abilites for 5 seconds.

Q- Dashes 300 units ahead and cuts "space and time" making a wall that throws back minions and chamions 50 units and deals 5% maximum health + some damage scaling from your ad. With passive on: 70 units and 10% health.

W- The third sword flies left in 90 degrees compared to the way the champion is currently looking. Can only be stopped by an enemy champion, minion or jungle monster or it will fly until it hits a wall. If it hits a champion that champ will be forced to attack its closest teammate for 3 seconds. With passive on: 5 seconds + the enemy champion can crit and proc their item passives.

E- Dominates an enemy minion mind making them allied with your team until they die. Can't be farmed by the other team but automaticcaly gives 2 cs to you when it dies. Dominated minion gains + ad scaling from yours. With passive on: The enemy team's champions can't attack this minion but it will attack the closest enemy champion.

R- Blasts out his "willpower" in a 200 units radius circle. Can only be activated when there's atleast 3 enemy champions in its range. It drops 1 enemy to 60% of its health, stuns 1 and silences 1. Who will get what from these is random. With passive on: The champion that currently has the passive on them will be droppped to 30% of its health.

I haven't came up with the abilty costs and I didn't think about balance either it was just a sudden idea. All spells were demonstrated on their highest level.
