[Champion Creation] Balter, the Witch Hunter

Role: Marksman Type: Physical, Ranged

Abilities: Passive: Anger Balter basic attack give him permanent stack of Anger. Each stack of Anger give Balter 2% bonus physical power and 1% movement speed. Can stack up to 10 times. Half of your stack are lost when you die. At 10 stacks, the next basic attack of Balter will stun the enemy champion hit for 1.2 seconds. Anger have a cool-down of 30 seconds and can only be activate if Balter have 10 stacks of Anger.

Q: Homing Bullets Balter shoot a homing bullet in a line in front of him dealing, 70/110/150/190/230 (+80% AD) to the first enemy hit and start to look for 2 others enemies with the lowest health dealing bonus physical damage equal to 10% of the enemy missing health. Homing Bullets can hit the same enemy twice. Balter gain a stack of Anger for each enemy hit.

W: Piercing Bullet Balter shoot a piercing bullet in a line in front of him that will pass through enemies dealing, 65/100/135/170/205 (+90% AD) and will silence them for 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2 seconds. Each enemy hit by Homing Bullets will reduce the cool-down of Piercing Bullet by 0.5 second.

E: Rising Hunter Balter rushes forward and then jumps into the air. While in the air, he fires bullets at all nearby enemies, dealing 90/110/130/150/170 (+90% AD) physical damage to all enemies in the area and increase the movement speed of Balter by 15/20/25/30/35% for 3.5 seconds.

R: Revenge Passive: When Revenge is on cool-down, Balter have 35/40/45/50/55% of chance to summon a double of himself that shoot a bullet at the nearest enemy dealing damage equal to 35/40/45/50/55% of Balter maximum physical power. The doubles will prioritize enemies champions. Active: Balter summon 2 doubles of himself then start to shoot multiple bullets around him dealing, 50/75/100 (+100% AD) per second for 4 seconds. During this time, Balter cant cast his others spells and cant use his basic attack but gain a movement speed bonus of 50%. If Balter is stun, root, silence, etc, the effect is stop. Balter can reactivate Revenge to stop earlier.

Lore: Its a rainy night, the sky is dark and no sound can be heard. Balter walks across the destroyed houses of the deserted village. Suddenly, a thick fog appear around him. Balter look around him and put his hands on his guns. Suddenly, a creepy woman voice starts to be heared.

Witch - Well well well... I didn't knew there was witches hunters on Runeterra.

Balter - Well... at least one of us must remain here to look after you.

Witch - How funny. Do you really think then one witch hunter can defeat fifteen of us at the same time?

Balter - Yes.

Witch - And how do you think you could do that?

Balter - Like this.

Balter take his guns and start to shoot into the fog. One of his bullet hit the witch who launch a scream of pain.

Balter - What did you think of that?

Witch - Attack my sister, attack!

Suddenly, a group of witch emerge from the fog and charge Balter. Balter uses his skills to skip the claws of the witches and at the same time shoot with his guns. Balter take down one witch at a time. A second wave of witches emerge from the fog and jump on Balter. Being more fast, Balter summon his 2 doubles and start to shoot all the witches around him, killing them. Finally, all the witches are dead except one. The fog that cover Balter vision vanishes revealing the last witch.

Balter - Only you is left.

Witch - Please, don't kill me hunter. I promise I wont kill any more civilians.

Balter - Its too late for the false promises, you're going to die.

Balter rears his gun at the head of the witch.

Balter - Any last words?

Witch - Yes... DIE!

The witch jump toward Balter who press the trigger. The witch fall on the ground with a hole in her head and start to vanish in dust. Balter put his guns back into his holster and start to walk. At a certain distance, Balter disappear into the night.
