Whirlwind illaoi

Hey I came up with another good champion skin thats totally genius. Although its for a champ that i despise (and no its not teemo as you probably guessed by the title) its still a good idea. Again, like my arcade leblanc idea, I have no drawings or whatnot - just clear vivid descriptions.

Clothes and look - as a bodybuilder woman in control of wind, its not the prettiest sight in my mind. So she will be wearing a white robe (i guess you could call it a gown) with grey stripes and a yellow gemstone in the center of a waistband like Janna. She will be barefoot (know that she will be pale) and has elbow length sleeves that somewhat drape over her arms. Her hair will be grey or brown (idc which) thats almost as long as Janna's. Her weapon thang whatever you call it will be almost like a tiny teeny cyclone with think air around it.

Abilities - This is the fun part!

       Her passive will have moisture condensate into an area where the tentacle would be.  Then a quick lightning bolt will zap it and will become a whirlwind/cyclone whatever you want to call it.  When it attacks an enemy, the whirlwind will slam the ground leaving debris for a few seconds.

Her Q will create much moisture quickly around her weapon and form a whirlwind to smack the ground like her passive.

Her W will spawn lightning bolts and such around her weapon, and when she attacks it will jolt the enemy with lightning.

Her E will create a whirlwind from her weapon and will grow in length of the direction she casts it. If it hits an enemy, it will suck the spirit (or so to say) from them, except the spirit will be all...windy? If the victim leaves the area or the spirit dies, a gale will travel back to them and create more whirlwinds. If the spirit does not die, the windy spirit will dissipate back into the victim.

Her ult will create a large whirlwind when she slams the ground thats engulfed in lightning, and spawn multiple whirlwinds where she can perform her combo.
