Uarkathar-The Desecrated Light
Uarkathar was once a being of the golden city of Targon. Until one day a Darkin found a way to drag down beings from the Heavens and dragged down what Uarkathar once was. The Darkin twisted this Targonian being into something little more than an animal, but before the Darkin could unleash it upon the world, the darkin was slain (if anyone doesn't know the Twilight of the Gods story this will make no sense). And so Uarkathar was still chained in a prison the Darkin hid deep beneath the ground. Until one day, a human sorcerer attempted to free Uarkathar, unleashing his power upon the world. Uarkathar now stalks Shurima with no intent besides murdering anything in its path.
I picture Uarkathar as a human figure with 4 arms that have long claws at the fingertips. A thin tail would trail behind Uarkathar. Uarkathar would be black with glowing red accents, as I imagine he would have been tainted by Darking magic.
Uarkathar is a frontline fighter.
Passive: Insanity of Eons
. After being in combat for 3 seconds Uarkathar gains 25% attack speed for 3 seconds. This cannot happen more than once every 10 seconds.
. When Uarkathar kills an enemy champion he gains 10-40% (levels 1-18) of their maximum health as a barrier that lasts for 3 seconds.
Q: Dragging Claws First cast: Uarkathar stretches his claws forward and drags them back to him, dealing 40/70/100/130/160+(85% bonus attack damage) damage. range: 300
Second Cast: After 1 second Uarkathar can cast this ability again to slash in a cone in front of him dealing 50/80/110/140/170+(85% total attack damage) damage. If enemies were hit by the first cast of this ability then they will take another 25/50/75/100/125+(30% bonus attack damage) damage over the next 2 seconds. range: 350 cone degree(arc): 80 degrees
overall cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11
W: Darkened Radiance After a delay of 1.5 seconds, Uarkathar pulses with dark energy, dealing 50/90/130/170/210+(55% ability power) magic damage to all enemies within 350 units. Uarkathar will afflict nearsight to enemies hit for 1.5 seconds. cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12
E: Clutching Charge Uarkathar charges forward dealing 70/90/110/130/150+(120% total attack damage) damage to the first enemy champion hit, upon coming in contack with this enemy champion he will grab them with his 4 arms and carry them to the end of the charge. If Uarkathar slams the enemy into a wall they are stunned for one second and take an addtional (50% total attack damage) damage. cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 range/charge length: 600/600/600/600/750
R: Glory in Darkness Uarkathar flies into the air, becoming untargetable for up to 3 seconds, within these 3 seconds, he can select a target location. After selecting a target location he dives to the selected target location dealing 150/300/450+(80% ability power)+(100% bonus attack damage) magic damage to all enemies in the target location and fearing them for 1 second. cooldown: 140/120/100 range: 1000/1500/2000 target area radius: 300
