Saboteur Character

Hi, this is a character concept for a saboteur character named Miranda.

Note - Miranda is an assassin type of character. Her powers set up perfect strikes for herself or her team.

Basics:

Name: Miranda

Roles: Mage / Assassin

Home: Noxus

Current Home: Piltover

Lanes : Support (bot lane) or possible Mid / JG


Passive - Miranda's abilities build marks on her enemies. These marks have various effects based on the ability used to trigger it. Note, it takes the use of three abilities to mark targets. The building mark has a 3 second timer before it begins to deteriorate. Marks built cannot be destroyed unless the enemy is killed or a debuff item is used. The targets can only have three marks at a time. Marks cannot be used one after another. There is a 1.5 second timer between marks being used. The item Guardian's Angel will destroy 1 mark upon revival. The Hourglass can prevent the build-up of marks. If a mark is not fully built when someone recalls, the mark is destroyed.

The passive and ult are her main saboteur abilities.

Q - Mark roots targets. W - Applies Grievous Wounds for 2 seconds. E - Enemies are slowed. R - Targets are 10-15% weaker to ally or "hacked" units.


Q - Miranda throws out mystic light that latches and pulls Miranda to her target or the target to her. The pull is activated based on who the player clicks next. Clicking Miranda will draw the target close, clicking the target draws Miranda close. You can only do one or the other.


W - Miranda summons a glyph beneath her targets that Miranda may teleport too. The effect of the glyph burns the targets standing on it as well disables the effect of heals. Miranda may not teleport away from the glyph.

Important note: When Miranda teleports, the heal disable is disabled. Meaning you may heal again.


E - Miranda summons an orbiting pair of daggers the swirling around her. She summons two to start and one is added every level, ending with a total of seven knives.


R - Miranda sabotages an enemy to affect her enemies instead. This ability causes enemy turrets, enemy minions, monsters, and even causes enemy abilities to damage enemies. Miranda can also use their ability to increase the damage output of her allies or herself.

Miranda must select a target for her ult. She may only have one target sabotaged at a time. If she sabotages minions the effect spreads to other nearby minions.


Mechanics (this is new, this is to show how her kits works together, mainly just combos):

W - Q - E

Summon burning ground, teleport, grab target, knife.

Q - W - E

Grab target, pulls or launch, summon ground, knife

E - W - Q

Summon knives, create ground / teleport, grab target.

Explanation:

Miranda will be able to focus on engaging on enemies with her deadly disables. Reading her kit makes her sound extremely OP I understand that. But, most of her damage relies on her marks. Her W is easily avoided, her Q is similar to Thresh and somewhat easy to avoid, her E needs targets to be close to engage. Her R is sucky if there are no turrets, minions, or extra enemy champs nearby. The only choice there would be to power herself, but if she has no marks it would be a hard fight.

Also, her power names will be somewhat weird or not. When I add her story, I will explain her insanity.

Her backstory will be added her later after it is perfected as will her appearance.
