Reviving Mirror Match Game Mode Idea

I was thinking of an idea, where there is a draft pick game mode, where the are standard bans, then the first person picks a champion, who is also picked for the first person on the other team, then the second person on the other team picks a champion who is also picked for the other second person, which continues to the last pick.

For the last pick I am unsure how to balance this out, perhaps the last (or maybe first) pick is a vote pick, where everyone in the game votes for a champion. (then it continues to the picking described in the first statement, should this vote pick be first pick) This should balance it so that both teams are given the same amount of influence over the picks made.

Little did I know this was already a game mode idea by "Black Cleaver", which was easily found with a google search of "mirror match game mode league of legends". So this post should link over to his older post in the forum archive.
