[Champion Concept] Imnix, the Observer.

Ranged champion

Passive: Experience - For each minute spent near an enemy champion, Iminx gains a permanent buff when interacting with that champion. One minute: Imnix gains 5(+0.03 AP)% movement speed and ignores unit collision when near the enemy champion. Two minutes: Whenever Imnix hits the enemy champion with an ability, he gains 5(+0.01 AP)% of his missing mana. Three minutes: Imnix heals for 5(+0.03 AP)% of all damage he deals to the enemy champion.

Q: Thunderbolt - ACTIVE: Imnix sends a jolt of energy through target location. After 0.5 seconds, the bolt of energy deals magic damage(+0.5 AP), and gives all enemy champions hit the static debuff for 30 seconds. Static: This champion gains stacks of static when moving. At every 10 stacks, a small lightning bolt will fall on the champion dealing magic damage(+0.1 Imnix's AP) after a 0.75 second delay. At 100 stacks, a large lightning bolt that is guaranteed to hit the champion deals magic damage(+0.3 Imnix's AP) the champion, and the static debuff is lost.

W: Seeing Eyes - PASSIVE: The last ally that Imnix has used Seeing Eyes on gives him Experience for the enemy champions that they are near. ACTIVE: On target ally's next auto attack, they will deal magic damage(+0.5 AP) on hit, and slow the enemy hit by ?%.(Global Range)

E: Reality Warp - Imnix dodges the next attack that he is hit by. When he dodges an attack, he blinks to target location, and the source of the damage takes magic damage(+0.6 AP) and is stunned for ? second(s).

R: Arcane Blast - PASSIVE: Imnix gains 1 stack of Arcane every second, for every 100 damage he deals, and every time he kills a unit, doubled for champions and large minions and monsters. ACTIVE: Imnix channels for 1 second(can't be cancelled), consuming all stacks of Arcane to send a massive burst of energy forward, dealing magic damage(+1.0 AP) plus 1/2/3 magic damage per stack of Arcane consumed.
